Our Service Process
Upon receiving a request from a client, TopTalent enters the job requirements into our online order processing system and immediately attempts to match a candidate in our database to the job specifications. Possible matches are reviewed, and candidates are contacted to explore the opportunity. If no candidate matches are found, TopTalent will advertise and source candidates utilizing various sources, including online web postings, classified advertising, referrals from current employees, recruiting from educational institutions, churches, job fairs, and other community sources.

…each is thoroughly prescreened before scheduling an inperson interview in our office. With our specialized recruitment tools, we maintain an extensive database of quality candidates you may not be able to find on your own. All our candidates go through a very rigorous screening process, including testing for the proper skills, in-person interviews with our staff, reference checks, and drug and background checks. Additionally, we use the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify program to determine U.S. work eligibility. You are only presented with candidates who possess the right qualifications for the job.
Once the candidate arrives at our office for their scheduled interview...
…they complete our application and related paperwork. We identify candidates seeking longevity, stability, and a career opportunity. During our screening process, we investigate and verify information provided by the candidate. We explore the candidate’s preferred work schedule and environment, long-term interests, desired compensation, etc. TopTalent completes criminal background checks on all candidates in all states and counties of previous residence/work. TopTalent utilizes the E-Verify system to confirm work authorization. If applicable, educational and professional licensure requirements are verified during the interview and follow-up procedures. For candidates for office jobs, computer and software skills are assessed at the basic, intermediate, and advanced levels. Test results indicate speed, accuracy, and proficiency. All candidates must pass a drug screen before being placed on assignment at a client location.

…we arrange interviews with the client’s hiring authority/manager. Once candidates are assigned to a job at the client, TopTalent provides a detailed orientation to familiarize selected candidates with the client’s work environment, procedures, and policies.
