Cindy Loman rejoined TopTalent Staffing in 2010 with over twenty years of progressive experience in the staffing industry with strategic focus in client partnerships and management. In her role as Business Director with TopTalent Staffing, Cindy is responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of client accounts, management of the Orlando branch office and its staff, plus forecasting and talent acquisition initiatives. She works directly with executive management in the development of proposals for obtaining new business and maintaining existing contracts. As an outsourced provider of contingent staffing to private and governmental entities, TopTalent operates a successful operation recruiting and retaining quality temporary personnel. TopTalent has built its employment brand through innovative and effective strategies which has created a solid network of qualified candidates in the market it operates and services.
Cindy is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and possesses significant knowledge in human resources, labor issues, and the costs and risks of operations. Born and raised in Chicago IL, Cindy graduated with a BS in Economics and Management from Southern Illinois University. Cindy is an active member SHRM (Society of Human Resource Managers) and is on the Board of Director’s of the Greater Orlando Society of Human Resource Management.
