Bi-Lingual Customer Service Ambassadors

RATE OF PAY:$13.05 per hour

SHIFT: shifts varies from 5:00am – 10:00pm, depending on language spoken
Japanese – 1:30PM – 10:00PM (Tue, Wed off)
German – 5:00AM – 1:30PM (Tue, Wed off)
Chinese – 5:00AM – 1:30PM (Wed, Thu off)
Vietnamese – 6:00AM – 2:30PM (Wed, Thu off)
Vietnamese – 1:30PM – 10:00PM (Mon, Tue off)


Customer Service Ambassadors shall direct and guide visitors by providing accurate information to all inquiries. Must be able to communicate on a conversational level in English as well as the 2nd language indicated.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to the following)

  • Must greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Have the ability to be flexible as schedules may change according to client needs
  • Ability to work in a high stress environment and diffuse situations that may arise
  • Must know how to problem solve in assessing situations that impact the area
  • Able to work in front of public and communicate clearly, effectively and professionally
  • Computer data entry, including record all information as required and access provided data


  • High School Diploma or GED (please bring copy to interview)
  • Must be able to produce 2 government issued ID’s showing current information
  • Able to produce proper citizen or work authorization documentation
  • Able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
  • Be bilingual in one of the 8 languages required

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service field
  • Familiarity with Orlando and the Orlando area attractions and hotels
  • People oriented and excellent communication skills


  • 100% of position requires you to be able to speak and hear clearly
  • 85% of position requires you to be able to walk or stand during majority of the day
  • Less than 20% of the position will allow or require you to be in a seated position
  • 50% of the position requires you to utilize a computer to include typing and data entry
  • You may be asked to lift up to 30lbs, climb a ladder, stairs or hills, Bend, Stoop, Push, Pull, Reach over head, Kneel or Crawl should the position require it
