RATE OF PAY:                     $11.59 per hour
SHIFT:                                   6:00AM – 2:30PM Sun,Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu (Off Fri & Sat)
11:30AM – 8:00PM Wed,Thu,Fri,Sat,Sun (Off Mon & Tue)
May Change depending on client needs

 JOB SUMMARY:
Customer Service Ambassadors shall direct and guide passengers and visitors by providing accurate information to any inquires.  Must be able to communicate effectively in English

**MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND ITALIAN **

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to the following)

  • Must greet all passengers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays – this a 24/7 operation
  • Have the ability to be flexible as schedules may change according to airport needs
  • Hours will be between 30 – 40 hours per week depending on schedule
  • Ability to work in a high stress environment and diffuse situations that may arise
  • Must know how to problem solve in assessing situations that impact the Airport
  • Able to work in front of public and communicate clearly, effectively and professionally
  • Must have accurate knowledge of terminal, including locations and services of facilities and tenants.
  • Provide staff with key information regarding incidents, airline delays and emergencies

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to produce government issued ID’s showing current information
  • Able to produce proper citizen or work authorization documentation
  • Able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
  • Able to read, write, speak and understand the 2nd language listed above
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service field
  • Familiarity with Orlando and the Orlando area attractions and hotels
  • People oriented and excellent communication skills

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMNTS:

  • 100% of position requires you to be able to speak and hear clearly in English and a 2nd language
  • 75% of position requires you to be able to walk or stand during majority of the day
  • 25% of the position will allow or require you to be in a seated position
  • 50% of the position requires you to utilize a computer to include typing and data entry
  • You may be asked to lift up to 30lbs, with a rarity of up to 50lbs at times
